CHEF’S KNIFE USER GUIDE
The blade is made from tempered carbon steel. The handle is made from oiled curly birch. The knife should be rinsed and wiped immediately after use and hung on a magnetic strip or a small hook. This will ensure the blade retains its sharpness for a long time and does not rust.
